For providers

Get found by the people who actually need what you do.

We send people straight to your WhatsApp when they ask for your kind of help, filtered by the conditions you genuinely work with. Free to list, no paid placement, and a monthly report so you can see exactly what it is worth.

Questions we get asked

What does it cost?

Nothing. Services and practitioners list free while we grow, and support groups list free permanently. If we ever charge providers, the monthly referral report will already have shown you what a listing is worth — you will have seen those numbers for months before we ask.

Can I pay to rank higher?

No, and that is the point. Position comes from ratings given by people we actually referred. If we sold placement, the shortlist would stop being worth reading and the whole directory would be pointless.

Why do you ask which conditions I work with?

Because it is the single most useful thing you can tell someone. A person with a C5 spinal cord injury needs a physio who has handled that before, and category alone cannot tell them. Be honest rather than comprehensive — over-claiming leads to wasted appointments for both of you.

Do I have to answer the access questions?

Yes, and we would rather have an honest “there is one step at the entrance” than a vague “wheelchair friendly”. People plan whole days around these details. Being upfront about a limitation costs you far less than someone arriving and not getting in.

How do you verify practitioners?

We check registration numbers against the relevant council — HPCSA, SANC, the Legal Practice Council — before approving a listing. If the number does not check out, the listing does not go live.

How do people reach me?

We open a WhatsApp chat directly with your number and step out of it. No middleman thread, no lead form, and no commission on the work.

How do ratings work?

Only someone we actually referred to you can rate you, so ratings cannot be gamed by strangers or competitors. We ask them after the referral and record a 1–5.

How do I get removed?

Message the hub or reply to any report email and we will unlist you the same day. No retention call, no dark pattern.

Ready when you are.

About five minutes. A person reviews it and you will hear back within two working days.
