Report an access problem

If a listing says step-free and there is a step, or the accessible toilet is being used as a store room, or something on this site is hard to use — tell us. We would rather hear it bluntly than not at all.

What happens with it

Access corrections are made the same day. We update the listing and tell the provider.
Repeat problems get the listing paused until the provider confirms it is fixed.
Site problems go onto our fix list, and we will tell you when it is done if you leave a way to reach you.
